These Terms and Conditions apply to the batjil platform (https://batjil.ws) and all its associated services. batjil is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh.

These terms and conditions have been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. batjil reserves the right to modify, amend, or revoke these terms at any time. Users will be duly notified before any changes take effect.

• These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering on batjil. batjil reserves the right to close any account created with false information, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all associated accounts will be closed.

• The phone number and email address used during registration must remain active.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact batjil support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be limited until KYC verification is complete.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on batjil. batjil strictly prohibits minors from gaming on the platform. During registration or at any stage thereafter, batjil may request a national ID card or passport for age verification.

It is your own responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in the country or region where you reside. batjil does not provide legal advice on this matter.

• An NID, passport, or birth registration certificate is accepted for age verification.
• Any account registered with a false age will be terminated immediately.
• Batjil may be unable to provide services to users in certain countries due to regulatory restrictions.

All bets on batjil are processed in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless batjil voids it due to a technical error on our end.

In live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are final. Changes in odds after placement will not affect existing bets.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳10 (may vary by market).
• Maximum Bet Limit Set individually per event and market.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Batjil uses data from official sports data providers to determine results.
• Multiple bets on the same event are allowed, but the system is able to detect conflicting bets.
• If any manipulation or irregular activity is detected, the associated bet(s) will be voided.

Batjil supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes. However, if KYC verification is still pending, your first withdrawal may take longer.
